Privacy on this site

What these snapshots collect, what they don't, and what happens to anything you choose to share. Plain language, no surprises.

Your snapshot answers

Your individual answers are not stored. Both snapshots are scored entirely in your own browser. Your answers are never sent to a server, never saved, and never seen by anyone — including Lisa. Close or refresh the page and they are gone.

What can leave your browser is your result — your score, your band, and which snapshot you took — and only if you choose to share it (see below).

Analytics — only if you agree

This site can use Google Analytics to understand how the snapshots are used. It is off by default. Nothing loads and nothing is collected unless you press "Accept analytics" on the banner. If you decline, no analytics runs at all, and we remember that choice on your device.

If you do accept, what's recorded is limited to how the pages are used:

These are not tied to your name or email, your IP address is anonymized, and advertising and personalization signals are switched off. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

If you choose to share your details

After you see your result you can follow a link to a Google Form. That form is optional — the snapshot works fine without it. If you fill it in, you provide your name, work email, organization, and your role in any decision. Your score, band, and which snapshot you took are carried into the form for you, so the conversation starts from something real; you can see those values before you submit, and you can change or clear them.

Form responses are collected by Google Forms and stored in Black Girl Co.'s Google Workspace account, where access is limited to Lisa Jones and anyone directly supporting the work.

If you book a call

The booking button opens Cal.com, which handles scheduling. Anything you enter there — your name, email, and any notes — is collected by Cal.com and shared with Black Girl Co. so the meeting can happen. Cal.com's own privacy terms apply to that step.
